Assistant Vice President, Fund Finance – Blackstone Credit

The Assistant Vice President in Global Fund Finance at Blackstone Credit will play a key role in overseeing financial processes for managed accounts and funds. This position involves reconciling portfolios, reviewing financial statements, and preparing capital calls. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance and a strong attention to detail, contributing to the firm’s commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee monthly and quarterly portfolio reconciliations
• Review NAV and capital account statements
• Prepare and review investor capital calls and fee calculations
• Assist with audited financial statements
• Analyze portfolio and performance metrics
• Coordinate with technology resources for automation
• Liaise with various internal teams
• Review fund documents and assist in new product setups

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a must
• CPA license is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in public/private accounting or administration
• Experience with credit products is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills are required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with good time management skills
