Assistant Vice President, Fund Finance – Blackstone Credit & Insurance

The Assistant Vice President in Global Fund Finance at Blackstone will play a key role in overseeing financial processes for managed accounts and funds. This position involves ensuring accurate portfolio reconciliations, reviewing financial statements, and preparing investor communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or accounting and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee monthly and quarterly portfolio reconciliations
• Review NAV and capital account statements
• Prepare and review investor capital calls and fee calculations
• Assist with the audited financial statement process
• Analyze portfolio and performance metrics for management
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory filings
• Review fund documents and assist in setting up new products

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a must
• CPA license is a plus
• 6+ years of experience in public/private accounting or administration
• Experience with credit products is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills are required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with good time management skills
