Assistant Vice President, Fund Finance – Insurance

The Assistant Vice President in Global Fund Finance at Blackstone will play a key role in overseeing financial processes for insurance-related funds. This position involves managing portfolio reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance and a strong attention to detail, all while working in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee monthly/quarterly portfolio reconciliation
• Prepare and reconcile investor capital calls and management fees
• Manage the Audited Financial Statement process
• Prepare and analyze performance metrics for senior management
• Respond to client and internal requests
• Coordinate with technology resources to improve efficiencies
• Review fund documents and assist in setting up new products

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of experience in public accounting, fund, or administration
• CPA and/or CFA preferred
• Experience with credit products is a plus
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
