Assistant Vice President, Fund Finance – Real Estate

The Assistant Vice President in Global Fund Finance for Real Estate at Blackstone will oversee the financial reporting and accounting for the Blackstone Real Estate Partners funds. This role involves managing the quarterly close process, reviewing financial statements, and coordinating with auditors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fund accounting and a strong commitment to excellence.

• Oversee the funds’ quarterly close process and reporting.
• Review financial statements prepared in accordance with GAAP.
• Coordinate with auditors during the annual audit process.
• Maintain and review waterfall models for calculations.
• Ensure timely responses to investor inquiries.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA and/or CFA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in real estate or private equity fund accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
