What You’ll Do
- Help launch new fund products and advise on fund structure.
- Coordinate with outside counsel and business teams on fund matters.
- Negotiate and draft key fund documents like LPAs and subscription documents.
- Manage fund closings and resolve documentation issues.
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in fund formation law.
- Experience drafting fund documentation, either in-house or at a law firm.
- Understanding of closed-end private funds, including fund economics and waterfall structures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to spot issues.
- Team player who can work across different business lines.
