What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review responses to investor information requests
• Work with fund accounting teams to gather financial data for investors
• Maintain a database of investor requests and track their status
• Help with the preparation of quarterly investor materials
• Assist in managing investor access rights in the BXAccess system
• Collaborate with various teams across the firm
• Oversee work done by off-shore team members

What You Need

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 6+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Highly proficient in Excel, with strong skills in Word and PowerPoint
• Strong time management skills and a commitment to excellence
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
