What You’ll Do
- Lead the legal team and manage day-to-day operations of the Luxembourg platform.
- Review and guide legal documentation for new structures and transactions.
- Oversee corporate governance and compliance for Luxembourg entities.
- Coordinate with teams in the UK and US on significant transactions.
- Support team development and foster collaboration.
What You Need
- Qualified lawyer, admitted in Luxembourg or another EU jurisdiction.
- 7-10 years of experience in financial law, including time in a Luxembourg law firm.
- 3-5 years of experience with Private Credit structures.
- Strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate law.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a legal team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
