What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the CIO office on reporting enhancements
- Coordinate reporting between Portfolio Managers and the Middle Office
- Produce Risk and LP Reporting Deliverables
- Track firmwide commitments and deployments
- Streamline reporting processes for new fund launches
- Collaborate with teams to develop strategic solutions
- Support workflows and provide training to teams
What You Need
- 6+ years of experience in Finance Reporting, Product Control, or Operations
- Experience with FactSet is a plus
- Understanding of Private Credit or Equity is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Commitment to continuous improvement
