Assistant Vice President, Real Estate Finance

The Assistant Vice President in Real Estate Finance at Blackstone will play a key role in managing fund liquidity and capital reserves. This position involves coordinating with teams in New York and providing analytical insights to senior management. The role requires strong financial analysis skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage fund liquidity projections and capital reserves
• Coordinate with the New York funds team on capital activities
• Provide analytical insights on fund metrics to management
• Oversee the quarterly valuation process
• Monitor investment limitations and regulatory compliance
• Liaise with accounting service providers and stakeholders
• Consolidate property-level information for analysis
• Participate in technology and process improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
• Experience in a Big 4 firm is a plus
• Strong knowledge of real estate market fundamentals is advantageous
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
