What You’ll Do

• Lead strategic growth and innovation initiatives from start to finish.
• Frame decisions for senior leaders and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Manage relationships with external partners and internal teams.
• Develop roadmaps for technology and business capabilities.

• Implement and evolve the operating model for strategic initiatives.

What You Need

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, product innovation, or technology transformation.
• Proven track record of moving initiatives from strategy to launch.
• Experience in structuring and executing strategic partnerships.
• Ability to engage with C-suite and senior leaders effectively.
• Knowledge of financial services markets like wealth management or retirement.
• Fluency in using AI for decision-making and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
