AVP, Transaction Management

The AVP, Transaction Management role at GIC involves overseeing the execution of real estate transactions. What You’ll Do

• Drive transaction execution with various teams for timely deal closings
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for documentation and funding
• Monitor loan covenants and prepare compliance documentation
• Assist teams with internal compliance tasks related to deals
• Manage the deal and financing pipeline for accurate tracking
• Support process reviews to enhance efficiency
• Implement process improvements and drive technology initiatives

What You Need

• Good Degree in Finance, Mortgage Lending, Legal or related fields
• Minimum 7 years relevant working experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Creative problem-solving capabilities
• Understanding of real estate deal documents and loan documentation is a plus
