AVP, Valuations & Analytics

Blackstone is looking for an AVP to join their Private Equity Valuations & Analytics team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and analyzing investment valuations, managing onboarding processes, and enhancing reporting procedures. What You’ll Do

• Prepare and analyze portfolio investment valuation results
• Manage the onboarding process for new investments
• Lead the completion of valuation models
• Enhance reporting processes and use of technology
• Present valuation results to internal committees and external auditors
• Assist in training and developing junior team members

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar field
• 6+ years of experience in valuations or related analytical roles
• Strong understanding of ASC 820 and valuation guidance
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience managing relationships with stakeholders
