AVP/VP, Co-Investment Sourcer, External Managers

GIC is looking for a skilled Co-Investment Sourcer to join their External Managers team in New York. In this role, you’ll be sourcing and screening co-investment opportunities, primarily in credit strategies. You’ll build relationships with fund managers and help grow GIC’s investments. What You’ll Do

• Source credit co-investments from external fund managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with fund managers.
• Screen co-investment opportunities and provide feedback.
• Manage co-investment processes with underwriting teams.
• Prepare reports and presentations on deal sourcing.
• Engage in fund underwriting and portfolio management as needed.

What You Need

• 4 to 6 years of credit experience, ideally as a fund allocator.
• Direct credit investing or co-investment underwriting experience is a plus.
• Strong network and understanding of the credit fund landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive thinker who can express ideas clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
