In this role, you’ll work closely with investment professionals to manage legal risks and support investment activities. You’ll be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, consulting with law firms, and contributing to team collaboration. What You’ll Do
- Identify and manage legal risks in investment transactions.
- Consult with top law firms on various legal matters.
- Review and draft legal documents for investments.
- Collaborate with the Legal and Compliance team.
- Participate in global initiatives and projects.
What You Need
- Law degree with strong academic results.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Corporate/M&A lawyer.
- Relevant pan-Asian M&A experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of commercial laws.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for work when needed.
