Job Opportunity: Summer Real Estate Intern

Description:

The Summer Intern role is for candidates currently pursuing a college or university degree. The Internship is open to rising Juniors and Seniors. We are looking for candidates with an interest in real estate private equity and/or credit investing. No prior experience is required.

Summer Interns will interact with each member of the Real Estate equity or credit team on a regular basis, as they participate in the daily activities of the relevant group. Summer Intern responsibilities include building financial models, conducting research, preparing for and participating in diligence calls, and assisting investment professionals with day to day responsibilities. From the first week, Interns will work on live deals in a similar capacity as a full time analyst, working directly with senior individuals to underwrite new investment opportunities, and execute on business plans for owned assets or loans in the portfolio.

Salary range: $1300/bi-weekly
