Blackstone is the world’s largest alternative asset manager. We seek to create positive economic impact and long-term value for our investors, the companies we invest in, and the communities in which we work. Blackstone’s Diverse Leaders Program is an immersive three-day experience which provides participants early exposure to finance and business through interactive information seminars, networking, and skill building sessions.
Program participants will meet and interact with business and recruiting professionals as well as members from our Diverse Professionals Network to better understand our businesses and culture. Participants will also learn more about our full-time and summer program opportunities.
Blackstone’s Diverse Leaders Program is open to current sophomores (graduating in Fall 2025 – Spring 2026) who are interested in exploring a career in the financial services industry.
Participation in the Program does not guarantee an interview or employment.
To be considered for the 2023 US Diverse Leaders Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2025 – Spring 2026
- Available to attend the program in New York on Thursday, November 30th – Friday, December 1st.
