Blackstone is the world’s largest alternative asset manager. We seek to create positive economic impact and long-term value for our investors, the companies we invest in, and the communities in which we work. Blackstone’s Future Women Leaders Program is a three-day experience designed to give participants early exposure to finance and business through interactive informational seminars, networking, and skill building session.
Program participants will have the opportunity to interact and network with business and recruiting professionals in addition to members of our Women’s Initiative Network to better understand our businesses and culture. Participants will also learn more about our full-time and summer program opportunities.
Blackstone’s Future Women Leaders Program is open to current sophomores (graduating in Fall 2024 – Spring 2025) who are interested in exploring a career in the financial services industry.
Participation in the Program does not guarantee an interview or employment.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the 2023 US Future Women Leaders Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2025 – Spring 2026
- Available to attend the program in New York on Wednesday, November 15th – Thursday, November 16th.
