Blackstone Credit & Insurance (“BXCI”) is one of the world’s leading credit investors. Program Description

Blackstone’s Summer Analyst Program is 10-weeks in length and will provide participants broad exposure to the Firm. The Program offers Summer Analysts various technical and soft skill training opportunities, the ability to network with professionals across all business units, and a chance to fully immerse themselves in the Blackstone culture.

Responsibilities

The summer analyst will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of CLO origination for Blackstone Credit. Responsibilities will include investment analysis, assistance in the execution of transactions and drafting of presentations and investment committee materials.

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
  • Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2025 – Spring 2026

Expected annual base salary range:

$110,000 – $110,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
