The RE Finance Summer Analyst Program seeks to offer a comprehensive experience to college juniors who are interested in a career in real estate finance and accounting. Our program is designed to develop talent as well as identify top candidates for the full-time Real Estate Finance Rotational Analyst Program.

The Summer Analyst program offers a hands-on experience across Real Estate Finance, where Analysts will have direct exposure to senior-level management, engaging mentors, development opportunities and targeted training to help sharpen technical, analytical and communication skills. At the end of the program, Summer Analysts are expected to give a presentation on a topic related to their experience.

Summer Analysts will be placed in one group within Real Estate Finance for the duration of the program, which will be in one of the following teams:

  • Real Estate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • BREP (Blackstone Real Estate Partners)
  • BREIT (Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust)
  • BPP (Blackstone Property Partners)
  • BREDS

There will be a variety of projects and responsibilities available to the Summer Analyst depending on the group they are placed in, including, but not limited to performing financial analyses, forecasting P&L and capital metrics, performance tracking, quarterly management reporting, quarterly SEC reporting, and portfolio operations.

Qualifications:

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a strong academic record
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to be a collaborative team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment while handling multiple projects
  • Possesses a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, a positive attitude, and genuine passion for excellence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

To be considered for the 2025 Summer Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
  • Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2025 – Spring 2026
  • Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
  • Resume must be in PDF format

Expected annual base salary range:

$90,000 – $90,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
