Job Description:

Blackstone Credit is seeking a motivated Associate level professional to join our Private Credit Strategies (PCS) Product Management team. This individual will be a member of the Blackstone Private Credit team working directly to support the growth of our PCS platform. This individual will work with the Business Development team, PCS Portfolio Managers, and Institutional Client Sales teams to drive the development of marketing materials, product positioning, messaging strategy, strategic marketing plans, and investor content and communications.  The role provides an opportunity for a talented, ambitious individual to work closely with PCS leadership to help drive growth in our private credit business.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Creating, developing and updating content to assist in building product knowledge for Blackstone Credit’s private credit platform including marketing materials, thought pieces, new market insights based on market and economic environments, and primers
  • Driving the creation and legal review process for product launch and diligence materials including PPM, marketing presentations, fact cards, case studies, and talking points
  • Generating content strategy and creation for annual LP meetings and other events and webinars
  • Coordinating closely with internal groups (investment team, portfolio management, legal, finance, operations, tax, etc) on all aspects of marketing and core content materials
  • Assisting with strategic proposals
  • Serving as a product expert with the ability to draft written responses or speak directly to the portfolio, fund structure, and market environment with prospects and existing investors
  • Driving the organization, coordination, and preparation of quarterly investor reporting and communications as well as ad-hoc LP requests
  • Tracking co-investments


Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.  In addition to strong analytical skills, the successful candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of professional work experience in alternative investments, investment banking or equity research, but not limited to these areas
  • Strong understanding of alternative investments, leveraged finance and private credit is preferable
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to write effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams at any given time
  • Results driven individual with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to develop high-impact content that resonates with investors
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong desire to excel
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel

Expected annual base salary range:

$185,000 - $200,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
