Principal and Associate

Blume Equity, the leading European climate tech growth fund, is hiring! We are recruiting at the principal and associate levels.

The Principal Role
You will lead deals day-to-day with support from a partner, and also be heavily involved in origination and portfolio management. You’ll have 5+ years VC / growth investing experience.

The Associate Role
You will support on deal origination and deal execution, including the assessment and diligence of deal opportunities. You’ll have a few years of VC / growth investing experience and ideally also have some prior investment banking experience.
