Principal, Chief Financial Officer, Engineering

Apollo Global Management is looking for a Chief Financial Officer of Engineering to lead financial strategies within their Engineering Organization. This role involves managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting while collaborating closely with Engineering leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial leadership, particularly in technology-driven environments, and will play a key role in aligning financial strategies with the company’s long-term goals.

What You’ll Do

• Be a trusted financial partner to Engineering leaders.

• Manage budgets and forecasts for the Engineering team.

What You Need

• 15+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in asset management or tech.
• Strong track record of working with senior leaders to drive strategy.
• Experience managing finances in tech or engineering businesses.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance.
• Comfortable analyzing large data sets and making recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly.
• CPA and/or CFA preferred.
