Chief of Staff, Investor Communications & Marketing

Saints Capital is looking for a Chief of Staff to support their Managing Partner and investment team. This role focuses on investor communications, marketing, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive, helping to ensure smooth operations across the firm. You’ll have the chance to engage with investors and contribute to the growth of a dynamic venture capital platform.

What You’ll Do

• Support investor relations by coordinating outreach and scheduling meetings.
• Organize investor roadshows and prepare materials.
• Manage CRM systems to keep investor data up to date.
• Develop and distribute marketing communications.
• Coordinate meetings and events with industry contacts.
• Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner.
• Assist with planning internal meetings and firm events.

What You Need

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, operations, or finance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable interacting with investors and venture capital professionals.
• Ability to learn financial terms and concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in website management and social media platforms.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities.
