Controller, Financial Controller

Antler is looking for a Group Financial Controller to lead their financial control function across global entities. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls while working closely with regional finance teams. It’s a hands-on position that combines strategic oversight with operational execution, perfect for someone who wants to make a significant impact in a fast-growing venture capital platform.

What You’ll Do

• Review financial results from subsidiaries for consistency with group policies.
• Guide local finance teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Investigate and resolve intercompany mismatches.
• Reconcile month-end group management accounts.
• Support timely month-end close for all group entities.
• Partner with the Global Finance Director during annual audits.
• Shape and improve financial systems and processes.

What You Need

• 5+ years of experience in financial control or group consolidation.
• Strong background in group management accounting and reconciliations.
• Experience with group audits and IFRS compliance.
• Ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
• Comfortable working with teams across multiple time zones.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
• Big 4 experience is a plus.
