You’ll be involved in negotiating investments, assisting with restructuring, and managing legal documents. What You’ll Do
- Negotiate equity investments with the investment team
- Assist with corporate law issues in restructuring
- Handle various legal documents and contracts
- Respond to queries from different teams
- Manage NDA reviews and corporate governance items
- Support AI projects and legal technology initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the legal team
What You Need
- Law Degree or equivalent qualification
- Legal Practice Certificate (LPC) or Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE)
- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience with corporate law and financial services
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Comfortable using legal technology and AI tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
