What You’ll Do
- Lead a team to manage the execution of alternative investments.
- Conduct due diligence on new investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to support transactions.
- Analyze portfolio performance and risk.
- Support advisor and donor relationships through consultative discussions.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.
What You Need
- 10+ years of experience in alternative investments or private markets.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
- MBA or graduate degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- CFA and/or CAIA certification or progress towards these is a plus.
- Strong understanding of private equity, real estate, private credit, and hedge funds.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with investment and operational due diligence.
- Ability to maintain strong business relationships.
