What You’ll Do

- Lead special projects related to carry and co-investment programs
- Prepare materials for executive committees on compensation matters
- Ensure compliance with governance standards for carry programs
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on co-investment processes
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- 8-10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in carried interest or executive compensation
- Strong understanding of carried interest structures and program management
- Experience working with senior executives and compensation committees
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Anaplan or PowerBI is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with various departments like Finance, Legal, and Tax
- High attention to detail and strong judgment
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts
