This position focuses on building relationships with prospective members and ensuring current members are engaged and gaining value. The role combines recruitment, event organization, and community stewardship, making it a unique opportunity for someone passionate about venture investing and community building.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the entire member pipeline from sourcing to selection.
- Build relationships with prospective members and partners.
- Organize events that foster discussions around venture investing.
- Engage with members to ensure they find value in the community.
- Collaborate with tech teams to enhance member experience.
- Help shape the community experience with educational programming.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in relationship-driven roles like private banking or family-office services.
- Connections within the UHNW or family-office ecosystem are a plus.
- Strong skills in building trusted relationships with investors and capital allocators.
- Proven ability to create pipelines and partnerships with attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and organized approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using modern tools and AI for outreach and organization.
- Willingness to travel for events and relationship building.
