Director, Compensation & Analytics

General Atlantic is looking for a Director of Compensation & Analytics to join their team in New York City. This role will focus on managing compensation activities for their Sustainable Infrastructure investment business. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leaders and the Human Capital Management team to design and execute compensation programs, including carried interest schemes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead compensation activities for the Sustainable Infrastructure investment business
• Support the annual compensation planning cycle with analysis and execution
• Advise senior leaders on compensation strategy and decisions
• Manage carried interest allocations across multiple funds
• Develop compensation models and support budgeting processes
• Deliver compensation analyses to support business decisions

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in compensation, especially in financial services or asset management
• Experience with carried interest programs, preferably European waterfall structures
• Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals and financial implications
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
