What You’ll Do

• Partner with leadership to create a talent acquisition strategy.

• Understand and analyze recruiting KPIs and data.

What You Need

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in a complex, global organization.
• Proven success in executing a results-driven recruiting strategy.
• Experience managing recruiting agencies and sourcing talent directly.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
