Director, Credit Strategy & Management

Apollo Global Management is looking for a Director to join their Credit Strategy & Management team. This role involves leading key initiatives that drive the Credit platform’s success. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring effective execution across various teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead important initiatives across Apollo’s Credit platform.
• Work with senior leaders to identify and prioritize commercial opportunities.
• Design and implement organizational changes for better efficiency.
• Standardize workflows and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with data teams to enhance the Credit data strategy.
• Resolve platform issues and improve processes.

What You Need

• 8–12+ years of experience in credit, investing, or corporate strategy.
• Ability to manage high-stakes projects with little oversight.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including financial modeling.
• Good commercial judgment and ability to make decisions with limited information.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in driving cross-functional projects and influencing without authority.
• High integrity and discretion due to close work with senior leadership.
