Director, Diligence and Implementation

What You’ll Do

• Work on structuring and implementing new products for Apollo’s credit platform.
• Collaborate with investment, product, and sales teams to generate new product ideas.
• Engage with legal, finance, and operations teams to evaluate new investment vehicles.
• Support the capital raising process and investor onboarding.

What You Need

• 5-7 years of experience in alternative asset management, law, or investment banking.
• Experience with product structuring and development.
• Familiarity with fund offering documents like private placement memorandums.
• Understanding of the credit investment landscape.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Personable and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
