This role involves overseeing daily operations, assisting with audits and tax work, and collaborating with various teams on the carry program. What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the General Partner team.
- Assist with audit and tax work on a quarterly basis.
- Review deliverables and journal entries from junior team members.
- Collaborate with various teams on the carry program.
- Prepare quarterly financials and work with the corporate accounting team.
- Coordinate with tax teams for quarterly estimates and annual returns.
- Work with third-party administrators on NAV packages.
- Utilize technology to improve processes and efficiency.
What You Need
- CPA preferred.
- 6+ years of public/private accounting experience, ideally in private equity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Experience with AI, Altyrex, Anaplan, or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a drive for process improvement.
- Excellent analytical skills and clear communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Organized self-starter with a positive attitude.
