Director, Investment Strategy

Impact Fund Denmark is looking for an Investment Director to join their team in Copenhagen. This role involves identifying and managing investment opportunities that create a positive impact in emerging markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in private equity or venture capital and a strong network in the Danish business community. What You’ll Do

• Identify and create investment opportunities linked to Denmark.
• Lead deal teams through the investment cycle.
• Develop and manage relationships with businesses.
• Help investee companies scale and secure additional financing.
• Spot new trends that align with climate and inclusion goals.

What You Need

• Over 10 years of experience in private equity or venture capital.
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in sectors like green energy, financial services, or healthcare.
• Strong network in the Danish private sector.
• Ability to manage investment processes and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
• Willingness to travel moderately.
