Director, Investment Director – Venture Investing

Bosch Ventures is looking for an Investment Director to join their Boston team. This role involves evaluating startups and investment opportunities in tech sectors. You’ll conduct market research, build networks, and manage investments. It’s a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in venture capital or private equity to grow within a leading corporate venture organization.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and evaluate promising startups and investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research to spot trends and new opportunities.
• Build a network of entrepreneurs and venture capitalists for deal sourcing.
• Perform thorough due diligence on potential investments.
• Prepare investment memos and present to the Bosch Ventures team.
• Manage and monitor existing portfolio investments.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or corporate development.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and valuation methods.
• Experience in conducting technical due diligence on new technologies.
• Ability to create detailed investment memos and present findings.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
