Director, Investor Relations – Energy Strategy

Fervo Energy is looking for a Director of Investor Relations to lead their investor communications strategy. This role involves building relationships with investors, preparing key financial materials, and ensuring that Fervo’s story is effectively communicated. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in investor relations and a strong understanding of the energy sector.

What You’ll Do

• Own the investor communications strategy and manage relationships with investors
• Prepare investor presentations, quarterly reports, and earnings call scripts
• Engage with equity research analysts to ensure Fervo’s financial narrative is clear
• Manage investor conferences and roadshows
• Track and report on institutional ownership and market developments

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, or equity research
• Proven track record of building relationships with institutional investors
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
