What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the investor relations strategy.
- Communicate with shareholders, prospective investors, and analysts.
- Prepare key investor materials like quarterly letters and presentations.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor market trends and translate insights into action.
- Maintain investor relations infrastructure and CRM.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or related finance roles.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven and proactive, able to work in fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of capital markets and investor behavior.
