Director, Investor Relations

Riot Platforms, Inc. is looking for a Director of Investor Relations to lead their investor relations function during a period of growth. This role involves shaping the company’s narrative and engaging with investors and analysts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance and a strong understanding of public company dynamics. What You’ll Do

• Develop and evolve investor messaging and materials.
• Drive the annual investor engagement strategy and marketing calendar.
• Advise executive leadership on investor and analyst engagements.

• Monitor market intelligence and translate insights for leadership.
• Build relationships with analysts and investors.
• Ensure accurate and aligned external communications.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, sell-side research, public company investor relations, or corporate finance.
• Experience in digital infrastructure, power, data centers, AI, or other capital-intensive industries is preferred.
• Strong ability to create impactful investor materials and executive communications.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and public company dynamics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on execution.
