This role is essential for managing investor relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the investment process. What You’ll Do

• Provide a great experience for investors from onboarding to account management.
• Build trust and confidence with existing and potential investors.
• Coordinate regular updates and reports for investors.
• Ensure accurate and consistent communication with investors.
• Manage data tracking and reporting for investor relations.
• Supervise and mentor team members to meet department goals.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field required.
• 7-10 years of experience in investor relations or financial services, preferably in real estate.
• Strong understanding of legal and financial documents.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and investor portal management.
• Strong analytical and project management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
