The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, particularly in private equity, and will play a key role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review financial statements for European entities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger
- Oversee balance sheet management and reporting
- Drive month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations
- Coordinate with auditors for year-end audits
- Build relationships with stakeholders and support team development
What You Need
- Qualified chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Experience in the private equity industry
- Familiar with European regulations and compliance returns
- Strong technical finance expertise
- Knowledge of LUX GAAP and IFRS
- Experience with accounting processes and systems
- Understanding of technology applications like PowerQuery or Alteryx
