Director, Management Company

General Atlantic is looking for a Director for their Management Company team. This role involves leading finance operations and supporting the firm’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and experience in managing accounts receivable processes. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes and financial reporting activities.
• Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including invoicing and collections.
• Prepare detailed accounts receivable reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with teams to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and ensure compliance with internal controls.

What You Need

• 7+ years of accounting and finance experience, ideally in public or corporate accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial reporting.
• Experience with accounts receivable processes, including billing and collections.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Workday Financials is a plus.
