DCG is looking for a Public Equities Director to enhance their public markets investing efforts. This role is perfect for someone passionate about cryptocurrency and fintech, with strong analytical skills. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team, conducting research and building financial models to manage the public equity portfolio effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth research on public companies in the crypto and fintech sectors.
• Build financial models to assess company performance and risks.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 4-7+ years of experience in equity research or public markets investing.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency and fintech.
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly in writing and verbally.
• Detail-oriented and intellectually curious.
