What You’ll Do

- Manage the entire investment process from sourcing to closing deals
- Conduct due diligence and valuation analysis

- Create tailored deal structures for unique projects
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Venture Capital or Venture Capital
- Experience in deep tech field is a plus
- Strong knowledge of finance and valuation techniques
- Experience as a board member or observer for a startup
- Excellent negotiation skills
