We are partnered with a global investment manager that focuses on diversified systematic investments.

Leveraging its market-leading Fundamental Equity and ECM teams, as well as a library of proprietary datasets, the firm has recently expanded into private equity investments. It is currently developing a late-stage VC cross-over fund, investing solely from its internal capital.

With the support of its founders, the firm is assembling a team of private equity investors located in its New York office, concentrating on US-based private companies.

The hedge fund is now seeking to recruit venture capital investment professionals (Associate – VP level) to focus on sourcing and executing late-stage investments in Software and TMT companies, poised for an imminent IPO. This presents a unique opportunity to join a multi-billion-dollar investment firm in a newly established venture, where you will contribute to scaling its private investment exposure globally.

Candidates must possess a proven track record of VC investments (early or late stage) and a robust sourcing network, ideally with experience in M&A investment banking covering Software & TMT.
