What you’ll do
Can you spot Daniel Ek before he started Spotify or find Mark Zuckerberg before Facebook? Your mission as a Talent Scout is to identify these outliers before their pivotal moments. If you’re excited by this idea of discovering future founders and influencing their paths, EF’s Talent Scout Program is for you.
EF Talent Scouts will grow their existing networks of ambitious technologists and connect those with the highest potential to EF to accelerate their trajectory towards finding a cofounder and an idea and starting a company.
Who you are
We are looking for individuals who are deeply curious and ambitious, and thrive on building and engaging with networks of exceptional people. Whether you’re a student (undergraduate, masters, PhD), recent graduate, or early-career professional, you have a strong ability to identify potential in others, build meaningful connections, and share a passion for the transformative impact of technology on this world.

Please note: This is not a full-time, salaried position and should complement your studies or other work commitments. That said, we are committed to investing in our people and have a history of transitioning successful scouts into full-time positions at EF.
