What You’ll Do
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the Investor Relations team.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
- Organize logistics for meetings and events.
- Handle expense reports and reimbursements.
- Prepare presentation materials and ensure they are available for meetings.
- Support team events and conferences.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 5 – 7 years of experience supporting C-suite professionals.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of CRM databases is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
