K1 Investment Management is looking for an Executive Recruiter to join their team in Manhattan Beach, CA. This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into recruiting within the private equity space. You’ll be involved in sourcing and hiring for various software companies, working closely with executives and gaining valuable experience in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Manager to VP-level roles
• Work closely with executives and deal partners on searches
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods
• Manage all candidate communications and scheduling
• Conduct interviews and reference checks
• Support best practices in search execution and candidate tracking
• Engage in team culture and extracurricular activities

What You Need

• 0-4 years of recruiting experience, especially in high-growth or SaaS environments
• Success in hiring for various roles like Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.
• Ability to build and manage a strong candidate pipeline
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with direct sourcing and full-cycle recruiting
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• A team-player attitude with a passion for building great organizations
• Bachelor’s degree
