Requirements

• 3-5 years in investment banking or private equity, ideally buy-side
• Strong modeling and analytical skills with deep business performance insight
• Proven experience in leading financial analysis and due diligence
• Skilled in mentoring junior staff within a strong cultural environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at presenting to stakeholders
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance, business, or related field with strong academics
• High initiative, creativity, and leadership potential
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence and deal execution, collaborating closely with senior management
• Manage financial analysis for potential investments, assessing historical and projected performance
• Prepare investment memorandums outlining opportunities, valuations, risks, and synergies for leadership
• Drive the creation of marketing materials, confidential presentations, and other key documents
• Conduct industry and competitive analysis for potential investments and markets
• Monitor and evaluate portfolio companies against financial and operational metrics
• Support M&A activities for portfolio companies, including due diligence and synergy modeling
