Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• 3-5 years of M&A experience
• Expertise in due diligence with actionable insights
• Quick grasp of business models, target markets, and operations
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, operational expenses, SG&A
• Project management from origination to integration
• Experience in integration planning and coordination
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets
• Lead initial research and initiate contact with targets
• Conduct due diligence and financial modeling to assess risk/upside
• Coordinate with teams to analyze and report due diligence findings
• Develop and secure alignment on acquisition integration plans
• Drive post-acquisition implementation for seamless transitions
• Report on integration performance to leadership
• Travel to domestic and international acquisition sites as needed
