Fellow, Program Management

The Skillbridge Program Management Fellow role at In-Q-Tel is a unique internship opportunity for active duty service members. You’ll be part of the Portfolio Success team, helping manage technology development programs and supporting transitions to the U.S. intelligence community. This position allows you to engage with various stakeholders, enhance program execution, and work on exciting projects that impact national security.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Portfolio Success team with daily tasks and meetings.
• Engage with internal teams to understand IQT’s investment model.
• Participate in projects to improve program execution and learning.
• Help coordinate technology development programs with partners.

What You Need

• Must be a U.S. citizen and active duty service member within 180 days of separation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Basic understanding of project management and technology transfer.
• Self-starter with a passion for learning and solving tough problems.
• Comfortable presenting complex tech topics to various audiences.
• Strong writing skills, especially in technical and proposal writing.
